Chances are better than not that you already know exactly what it is you are being called on to detox. Detoxification doesn't just have to do with the food that we consume because diet consists of anything that we ingest in any area of our lives. Often times it is our diet that we eat that receives the most attention because that is where we usually see the results of toxicity the most easily. But diet is anything that we ingest in any way and everything and everyone that we surround ourselves with. You are being guided to clean your body, environment, mind, and heart of toxins.
