It is often the case that we simply need to gain fresh perspective, or change the way we look at those things which may be challenging us. Sometimes the message can be that we are not meant to look at it, or figure it out alone. Even where we may have brought other people in, ask yourself if you're painting them the full technicolor picture before seeking their advice or opinion, and also honestly assess for yourself if you have truly let them in, or if you have only given them the cliff's notes, drive by version of events and are actually just doing lip service to having let them in, while actually keeping them at arm's length, or even pushing them away. Stop, breathe, and take stock. If you feel overwhelmed, or that there is too much on your plate, or as though you have taken on too much, breathe and realize that you do not serve yourself to focus on more than one thing at a time right now. Laziness is your enemy and this is likely a time where you will need to push yourself to go through the motions and fake it til you make it. Honestly check in with yourself and assess if you are really, truly doing what needs to be done in order to make your dreams real? Are you showing up as the best possible version of yourself? It is okay to connect with and express how you feel, but do so without too much self-criticism or focus on criticism of others. Make an honest inventory of where you could do more to manifest your dreams, and start with one thing, and just do it!
