Release For Peace & Ease

Our Divine Download for January 17, 2024 is Release from the Self-Care Wisdom Cards. Release reminds us "Sometimes the best way to grow is to simply let go." Man, the universe is REALLY driving home some points with us this week. Like the fact that control is illusion and letting go is the biggest show of courage, trust, and faith that we can exercise. If you have felt stuck and stagnant, take an inventory of your life, a real-talk honest type of inventory and really ask yourself where you are refusing to let go. What are you refusing to let go? Where will you simply not relinquish the illusion of control? And how is that working for you???!!! We often justify our thinly veiled attempts at exerting control in situations by claiming that we're just "doing the footwork." While it is true that we absolutely do need to follow our guidance and do the footwork, it is also true that there is a point where our footwork ends and our attempts at control begin. The footwork we are meant to do comes to us through our divine connection and guidance. Anything that we do past that is on us, and is often attempts at control. Let it go. Release it. Allow it to flow. Allow your life to flow. Shed the idea and the stigma that you are responsible to be and do all of the things all of the time. Yeah, release that do. Let it go. Let it all go. Let it go and breathe. Just see what happens. Chances are better than not, you'll be pleasantly surprised.
