Our Divine Download for November 7, 2021 is See the Other Person's Point of View/Avalokitesvara from the Ascended Masters Oracle Cards. Avalokitesvara is an Eastern deity who watches over the world and hearls all of her prayers. He's considered to be the male energy form of Quan Yin, the goddess of compassion. He has chosen to postpone his own ascension until all humanity is free. He is always readily available to anyone who calls upon him with spiritual growth concerns. Yesterday we were encouraged to make peace through compassion, today we are being guided to see the other person's point of view. Ultimately the message in both cards is that now (NOW.) is the time to release the conflict we have with others in our lives. All of it. Yes, ALL of it. It isn't serving us, it isn't healthy, and we have places to go, and places to grow, and things to do. There may be certain situations or dynamics in your life that you thought you were over and done with, but here's a hint: if you're still talking about it, you're not over it. If you're still thinking about it, you're not done with it. If it still has any (ANY.) emotional charge for you, it is not resolved, especially if you feel upset, misunderstood, or used. Your pathway to peace is to consider the other person's point of view - not the one that you've dismissed or talked yourself out of believing, accepting, or justifying, but the actual truth of who they are and where they are coming from. You don't have to agree with them, just to foster a greater understanding of their motivations in order to have compassion for their feelings. The act of doing so can positively shift the energy of any power struggles, it's a similar effect to simple letting go of the rope during a tug-of-war. Just seeing the other person's point of view, really seeing it, opens the door for creative solutions to come in. It is beneficial now for you to let go of defensiveness in your relationships, to look past the surface personality in order to see the divine within others, and to forgive past hurts, resolve past conflicts, and start anew. It's simply time to begin again.
