Move Forward Towards Animation

Our Divine Download for November 9, 2023 is White Poplar/Edadh from The Green Man Tree Oracle with The Green Man Wisdom: Animation is the pulse of life. Everything alive pulses with animation. Just as the white poplar's leaves never come to rest, but quiver and rustle, making the whole tree come alive, in the same way the vital energy of the universe course through us, affecting the way that we live. Sometimes this energy is accepted joyfully, helping us to move forward with determination, at other times, when confidence has been shaken, the power of life can become so overwhelming that we tremble before it. By finding our natural rhythms again, we join in the dance of life with power and energy. Those who are animated hold the attention of others when speaking, pulling the energy of life itself into each of their gestures. White Poplar's meaning centers around movement from stillness or stasis into action. This card encourages us to move ahead with positivity and determination. White Poplar's message can also be to just get moving if we have been stagnant for a period of time. Especially if we are spending too much time weighing the odds of which way to go, we've already been given the map through the magic and connection of our inner and ancestral wisdom. So map in hand, it is time to move. We cannot fully experience the animation of life if we are simply standing still. The more we are willing to move, the more we will experience and enjoy the animation of life.
