Love Yourself FIRST!

Do you love yourself? How do you love yourself? What does it mean to you to love yourself? How do you show yourself love? What is your love language with yourself? Your guidance right now is to figure out actionable answers to all of those aforementioned questions, and then to actually take those actions on a regular basis once you do. Your relationship with your self, your love of self, is the absolute most important relationship that you will ever have. Your relationship with yourself sets the tone for all of the other relationships in your life. All of the other relationships in your life act as mirrors for the way you treat yourself and the way that you love yourself. Whoa. Think about that for a moment. What are those other relationships reflecting back at you? When and if you don't like what you see, or what you are experiencing with and from the external relationships in your life, it is usually a sign that you are not fulfilling your commitment to loving and caring for yourself to the extent that you need to. Before you focus on others and what may or may not need to be changed or adjusted in those dynamics, look at what you can adjust with yourself, how you can show yourself more love in a more meaningful way and on a more regular basis. You need to be not just on the list, but at the very top of it for love and self care. Love yourself first. It's the most important relationship you'll ever have.
