We often hold on to things, whether it be people, places, jobs, things, for WAY longer than we should, way longer than we need to, and definitely way longer than what serves us. We hold on sometimes because we forget what we were holding and just became conditioned to holding it, sometimes because it's just what we've always done, and often out of fear that if we let go we won't find or have anything better. But that last part is absolute nonsense because we live in a universe that constantly wants to one-up itself and show us that there is something EVEN BETTER. But there is finite space within our own bodies, within our energy fields, and within our lives with which to hold anything. When that space is taken up by things that no longer serve us, then there is no room for that which is even better to come in. We have to be willing to let go and to claim our fresh start, and more importantly, we have to be willing to make room for our fresh start in order for us to experience the wonder and the magic that is coming in for us. The storm has passed. The difficulties are over. Allow the new to be brand new and filled with joy, love, peace, and wonder.
