Let Go Of Your False Fears

Focus on solutions and celebrate every baby step forward." Fear is a false construct designed and utilized by our ego in order to keep us safe. Back when we first inhabited the planet, our ego needed fear because everything was actively trying to, or at least able to kill us. So our ego got in the habit of screaming at us "You're NOT safe!" or worse yet "You're going to die!" Because the reality was, we were not safe and did stand an exponentially great chance of dying. However, society has obviously evolved to the point where we are not usually in situations where anyone or anything is actively trying to kill us. But our egos have not caught up with the programming of our evolved societal conditions. So, at this point, fear is ultimately a liar. We've all hear the adage that there is nothing to fear but fear itself, and there is SO much truth there! Fear stands for False. Evidence. Against. Reality. or False. Evidence. Appearing. Real. Fear isn't real. So we need to surrender our fears. We need to be willing to let them go because the truth of the matter is that they are not keeping us safe, but they sure as hell are keeping us stuck. We need to practice telling our egos "No ego, that's not true!" and "No ego, that's a lie." Because it is. It almost always is! What fears do you need to surrender that are holding you back right now? Where and how could you move forward if you were to simply surrender those fears, face them, breathe them out, and see them for the nonsense that they really are? It's probably a lot farther than you even think! Let it go. Let it all go. Breathe it all out and liberate yourself from your fears. Surrender!
