Lead With Your Heart

Our Divine Download for February 24, 2025 is Leadership featuring Archangel Gabriel from The Archangel Oracle Cards. (Archangel Gabriel is sometimes more easily identified as Archangel Gabrielle, and ultimately Angels and Archangels do not have gender, so work with them however feels most authentic to you!) Archangel Gabriel is asking you to take a gentle and loving leadership role in your life, moreso than you have been doing currently or have done in the past. Leadership ultimately comes through effective communication, so really look at how you are communicating to and with those around you. Moreso, look at how you are communicating with yourself. Truly effective leaders have positive, regular communication with themselves first and foremost and they are ultimately the number one priority on their own list because they recognize that if they do not take the greatest and best possible care of themselves, there will be nothing left for them with which to lead others. When you look around at those in leadership roles whom you truly respect (and I understand that sometimes you may have to look a bit harder than you wish you did), you will see these traits ever so subtly displayed. If you are looking and looking and looking and not seeing anyone in predominant leadership roles in your life, that is likely because you are being not so subtly called on to step immediately into a leadership role in your life, for those around you. You do not need to do this in a formal way, but you can simply take the lead by living your most authentic lives. True leaders never really have to work to gain the buy in from those they lead. If you have shied away from leadership roles in the past, or thought that you weren't ready or that you didn't have what it takes, the universe is putting you on notice that the time is now for you to dispel those myths. You have had the power all along. Now is the time for you to share it with others!
