Heal Your Fears Through Love

Oooooohhhhhhhhhh this is a big one right now! You know all of the division that we've been experiencing for so long now? Yeah, know what causes that? Fear. Yes. Fear. Not hate. Not bitterness. Not stupidity. Not ignorance. But plain old unadulterated fear. The specific fears that lend them so well to the currents of divisiveness we're experiencing may vary for some people, but the basis underlying any behaviors that you may label as hateful, bitter, stupid, ignorant, etc. is most likely fear. Fears make people act in all kinds of crazy ways. Fear makes people think and do all kinds of crazy things. Fear is a baser emotion and we get into that whole "fight, flight, freeze" scenario. Well, right now, most people seem to be fighting in order to avoid feeling frozen. So rather than meeting them where they're at, rather than fueling the fire of their fear (which they may or may not know is driving them in the first place), can you show them love? Can you enact and invoke the true power of your love to help them, to help humanity, to help yourself? Can you see their behavior for what it is, and can you challenge yourself to love them anyway? Can you see through the illusions that fear has created and spread tolerance and unity through your love? Can you love yourself through and past your own fears right now? Our Unicorns aren't saying that we have to be extreme about our love, and they recognize that everything isn't going to be all sunshine and rainbows in an epidemic plague of fear, but rather they are asking us if we can show up and bring just a little bit more of our love and light to the party. If we can focus on just being a little more loving each and every single day, challenging ourselves to act from a place of love and tolerance rather than fear, this is how we will heal divides and this is surely how we will heal ourselves.
