Guided Journeys

Our Divine Download for May 10, 2020 is Journey "It's time to prepare for a journey! It may be impromptu or planned - either way, make sure you're ready when the time comes. Pack your passport now." from the Oracle of the Fairies. This is clearly a card of movement. For some it may indicate that travel is upon you. For others, it is more a sign to prepare for a journey that is more metaphorical in nature, but movement, forward progress, is implied nonetheless. This isn't a journey that is to be difficult or dreaded. And it certainly isn't a journey that is meant to be gone on alone or unadvised. We will be accompanied and guided on our new journey, and protected in that process. Our guides will be those who have gone before or those who are familiar, intimately familiar with the terrain that we prepare to tread. They're there to walk along side us, and to lead us by directing us should we lose our way. While the journey is a process, we don't want to be so caught up in being on this journey that we forget to experience what it has to offer as we go through that process. We've all heard that adage that life is a journey, not a destination. Think about that for a minute: LIFE is a journey... Whoa. So this journey we're on, the journey of our life, is kind of a big deal. It's meant to be filled with experiences. It's meant to be enjoyed. Life is meant to be lived, not merely existed through. It's up to you to put the pep in your step as you travel through this journey. It's up to you to seek out the wisdom and guidance and connection with your guides. It's up to you as to whether you choose to stay present in the moment and to focus on the journey, or try to whip through tunnel visioned on the destination. It's your life. Your journey.
