Guilt can make you aware of potential ways you have cause injury to another party and show you to how to correct or redress the transgression. When you sincerely admit you are wrong and begin the process to fix it, this is an act of accountability, responsibility, and liberation. What is it trying to show or tell you? What purpose is it serving in your life? What lesson is it needing to teach you? You might be taking on a burden that is not even yours to carry.
