Find, Follow, and Express Your Passion

Passion tends to get a bad rap in our society because of the puritanical roots of the US, we seemingly automatically associate passion with sensual things, and even things that are taboo in nature. Passion is anything that turns you on, in ANY way. It's what you live for. What you get excited about. What speaks directly to your soul in a specific and soothing way. Passion is how we are meant to live, and the truth is that if more people prioritized finding and following their own passion, the happier we would all be as a society. So, what's your passion? When's the last time that you felt passionately about anything? Here's a hint: if you fall into emotions like fear, and anger, when defending something, it's not true passion, but rather a belief that is rooted in fear or pain. True passion excites you. True passion lights you up. True passion brings you joy. True passion doesn't need to be defended.
