Feel Your Way Into The Present Moment

Our Divine Download for March 30, 2025 is Cancer ~ I Feel from the Black Moon Astrology Cards. The sign of Cancer is ruled by the Moon and is all about our emotions, our emotional needs, and how we seek to get our emotional needs met in the world. This card is coming up for you today because it is time for you to get in alignment with how you feel and to let some light come into you in to you within the landscape of your emotions. We don't live in our society that teaches us to feel our feelings in the moment and rarely allows us the luxury of actually feeling our feelings in the moment. So we shelf them and shove them down, and then we analyze them to death and make them WAY bigger than they ever had to be and avoid actually feeling them and processing them in a healthy and constructive manner. We also don't actually own or accept our feelings. How often do you apologize for how you feel? Challenge yourself to keep track just for one day. Chances are better than not that you will be astounded at how often you apologize for your feelings, or you don't verbalize what you are feeling. There are healthy and constructive ways to verbalize our feelings and to feel them closer to the moment (when in the moment isn't possible). But in order to do that, in order to connect with our feelings, we have to get really real and really honest with ourselves about what they actually are. Society often has us going around essentially denying that we are feeling anything and just focusing on work and tasks, turning us into human "doings: rather than human beings. So start challenging yourself to BE. Be real. Be raw. Be honest. Be willing to admit that you feel what you feel. Be accepting of your feelings. Because that is the way to be.
