Dance With Ecstasy

Eurynome comes in to us now to tell us that it is time for ecstasy, in fact, it is likely well past time for ecstasy. Ecstasy is here for you in all its fullness, exuberance, and rapture. Ecstasy is defined as "an overwhelming feeling of great happiness or joyful excitement." How can you give yourself ecstasy, that deeply nourishing, intensely joyful place? When was the last time that you experienced ecstasy? Or even intense joy? (Hint: if you don't know, or the answer is half past never, it's been FAR too long!) One of the best ways to begin to experience ecstasy is by healing the wounded parts of yourself. Your wounded parts take up emotional space within you. Once they are healed, the space they previously occupied becomes available for ecstasy and joy. You can also experience ecstasy by opening to it. Give yourself permission to call it in, to feel it, and revel in it. When we have experience little joy in our lives, that conscious decision to court, seduce, and entice ecstasy ensures that it will come. Eurynome says that when you make the decision to dance with ecstasy, all life challenges you with the opportunities to facilitate that dance. What could possibly be better or more delightful than that?! You deserve to experience your great happiness and joyful excitement. It is time. And so it is.
