Sometimes we all need a little break or a little time out from everything that is going on in life so that we can come back better than ever. When we deny ourselves breaks, time outs, and rest, we end up in a state of burn out, and nothing good ever comes from that. It can be really, truly challenging to get a true break or time out in this day and age when we are all walking around with computers that fit in the palms of our hands and our pockets and we live in an instant gratification based society. But no worries! All we have to do is ask him, and he will do so at any point in time that we need him to. It's okay to take breaks and rests. It's good. It's necessary. It is not necessary, healthy, or good to feel as though you have to reply to everything and everyone instantly or to feel as though you can never turn off your work, or even your brain.
