Change Is Upon You

Our Divine Download for October 31, 2022 is The Tower from The Halloween Tarot. The Tower is another one of those big deal major arcana cards to which we are encouraged to pay more heed and more attention. The Tower, despite it's traditionally over dramatic imagery is really all about foundational change. Sometimes that change can be initiated by events that do shake us down to our very core, but that's not always a bad thing. Because when we are shaken to our core, when our foundations are compromised, that is when we get to rebuild, and let's be very real about this: not everything in our past, from our proverbial foundations, is good solid stuff that ever should have been built upon. The Tower is therefore a card both of awakening and freedom. This card came up for us because a recent event has been a wake-up call to make some changes. Maybe it's a new revelation or realization, or maybe it's something that you've known for a while but have procrastinated taking action upon (and how has that been working for you?!) The Tower signifies that this situation can and will no longer be ignored (and doing so could have catastrophic repercussions) and now is the time to take action. Allow these new insights to motivate you to embrace the path of your heart's true desires. The way you see yourself and subsequently everything else has been forever changed.
