Celebrate Your Cycle of Completion

Know with certainty that whatever you have been working toward has now reached its culmination. Whether it was a brief cycle or a lengthy or extensive cycle that you were working on this particular project or issue, you have now arrived at a stage of completion. Allow yourself to feel the contentment and satisfaction of this accomplishment, or the grief with the necessary release. It is like when you take a deep breath and reach the point where your lungs are pleasantly full and your body is ready to release that breath. It is important to not only enjoy this completion, but to also let go and allow yourself to relax and take rest afterward just like exhaling slowly and consciously. Don't be eager to rush to the next item on your agenda or the next issue to purge and release without giving yourself the proper time and space to appreciate and honor the natural cycle of release that follows a point of resolution. Give yourself that time to relax and rest before turning your attention to your next cosmic assignment. Full Moons are also there to bring light to the dark of night and sometimes in doing so they identify things which were previously hidden under the dark of night. Just know that all cycles have their time of completion and fulfillment. Allow the full moon to be like a guiding beacon in the night. She is your reminder to focus on the light rather than the surrounding darkness.
