Sometimes we play small because we were taught to play small by our parents, who were taught this by their parents, and their parents before them. The cellular memory of these patterns and these decisions exist within our ancestral dna and create negative energetic cords of attachment to those patterns which keep us bound, stuck, and in those smaller spaces.
