Be Willing To Embrace Change

We're creatures of habit. We don't like things to be new or different, even when new and different can mean bigger and better. We'd rather stay with what we know because it's comfortable. But that's not ever going to get us anywhere and it's certainly not going to move us forward on our path towards joy. How can we expect things to move or evolve if we are unwilling to change? How can we expect change to take place when we are blocking it with our fear? (Hint: it won't!) So in order to move and grow, we've gotta surrender our fear of change. Ask yourself what's the worst that could happen with any given change? Chances are better than not that the world will not cease to spin on its axis due to a change in our lives. And whatever our worst case scenario is (which is usually some ego-based nonsense), what is our BEST case scenario? Why would we want to block that? Why would we want to deny ourselves a BEST case scenario?! We absolutely wouldn't! So flip the script on that fear, let it go, and let the necessary and serendipitous changes flow!
