Awaken To Your Need For Integration

Our Divine Download for August 4, 2021 is Awakening from the Work Your Light Oracle Cards, bringing us a message of "Energetic Upgrades. A new way of being. Integration." Ah, integration! Integration is our affirmation that we are *finally* starting to put all of the moving pieces of our journey and recent past together in a way that our entire system can actually make sense out of and use. Integration is the goal, and we are in the process of arriving at our goal. Of course, no one ever said that integration was simple or easy, though it can be. Sometimes when we are in the process of integrating, our physical bodies might feel as though they just need a bit of extra time and extra rest to catch up with all of the shifts and all of the changes that have happened and have been happening. We have a tendency during these times to judge ourselves harshly for this instead of just allowing extra rest or even being in gratitude to ourselves for everything that we have been through and everything that we have endured. Be gentle with yourself! Give yourself some grace and some space. Learning, growing, shifting, changing - it's all HARD work. And though it is wonderful, integration can be challenging in its own right just because we are integrating things which are new and different. We cannot upgrade, and we cannot have and experience a new way of living if we do not first give ourselves time and permission to integrate however we need to. Integration is also not one of those one-size-fits-all type concepts, just like learning, growing, shifting, and changing are not one-size-fits-all type processes either. How you integrate, is just how you integrate, and that's okay, regardless of what that needs to look like for you. What do you need to integrate your recent growth, discoveries, and changes?
