Apply Your Knowledge Towards Your Wisdom Through The Lens Of Love

Obviously we associate wisdom with what we are supposed to gain through learning and education. But the truth of the matter is that very rarely does the traditional education system actually teach anything that remotely resembles actual wisdom (have you used the Pythagorean Theorem lately?!) It is when we apply what we have learned in more traditional schools in unique ways that serve our lives that we are able to gain true wisdom. So many of us amass knowledge, but without application, and the associated learning that comes from applied knowledge, it doesn't count for much. There is also much wisdom to be gained and learning to be done through more unconventional means. We learn and gain wisdom most easily when we are in joy. We can enjoy the learning process from this state and with this perspective. We can learn and gain wisdom through art and music in the same ways, especially when we love the art and we love the music, as what we love and what we invest our energy in because of what we love therefore becomes a much more potent way to learn and gain wisdom. There isn't much point in having wisdom that we can't use and we are unlikely to use wisdom about things which we don't love. Wisdom is always meant to serve a purpose in our lives and isn't just to be gained for the sake of gaining it. When we can gain it through alternative means and through the lens of love, that wisdom becomes much more potent and much more powerful.
