Our Divine Download for October 13 is Waterfall/Effortless from The Earth Magic Oracle Cards. Waterfall shows up for us because we have come to the edge of our comfort zone and find ourselves fighting to resist moving past that perceived precipice of who we are, how we can be, and what we can do. Spirit is asking us to step beyond the edge and allow yourself to do so with ease rather than struggle. Yes. at times physical exertion will be necessary, but when performed with fluidity and grace, even when the task seems daunting, you'll find that the movement moves you (not those around your, or the would-be obstacles in your path). Approach the present situation or relationship with awareness and grace. Do not try to make it Effortless - that just creates more strain. The key word here is to ALLOW. This is not a time to fight, but to surrender to the will of Spirit, even if you are being asked to let fo completely and tumble into the brink of creation itself. You will find the waters there to be ultimately still and calm. Keep your focus on your solar plexus and your breath, breathing through any tension (don't forget: your breath is the greatest tool that you have and it is always with you!) Relaxing and yielding to the movement that is occurring at any given moment makes your life effortlessly and allows you to both flow and float on. In order to be able to experience effortless flow in our lives, we have to be willing to allow our emotions to flow through us like the proverbial waterfalls, even when they feel particularly acute and powerful, as thought hey may take us under. Make sure your are prioritizing allowing your emotions to flow and feeling them in the present moment, or as close to the present moment as may be possible.
